(Key career changes and early retirement)
Corporate Couples™ is a learning experience designed to:
- Identify strategies for strengthening the couple's teaming through the lifespan of family and work.
- Provide a "safe" space for couples to have meaningful conversations about their strengths, needs, and coping strategies in the face of competing demands.
- Provide a basis to build individual and couple resilience.
- Enrich personal and couple awareness of growth opportunities to further their development in intentional ways.
Corporate Couples™ seeks to create a process which:
- Gives frameworks for insight and action.
- Promotes individual and couple awareness as a team.
- Moves from reactive to proactive behavior.
- Provides methods for reducing stress and increasing satisfaction.
Corporate Couples™ is NOT:
- Individual or couple therapy.
- A workshop for helping troubled relationships.
- A conflict management session.
