  • High Performance Couples (Entrepreneurial or C-Level)
  • Career Transition Couples
    (Key career changes and early retirement)

Corporate Couples™ is a learning experience designed to:

  • Identify strategies for strengthening the couple's teaming through the lifespan of family and work.
     
  • Provide a "safe" space for couples to have meaningful conversations about their strengths, needs, and coping strategies in the face of competing demands.
     
  • Provide a basis to build individual and couple resilience.
     
  • Enrich personal and couple awareness of growth opportunities to further their development in intentional ways.

Corporate Couples™ seeks to create a process which:

  • Gives frameworks for insight and action.
     
  • Promotes individual and couple awareness as a team.
     
  • Moves from reactive to proactive behavior.
     
  • Provides methods for reducing stress and increasing satisfaction.

Corporate Couples™ is NOT:

  • Individual or couple therapy.
     
  • A workshop for helping troubled relationships.
     
  • A conflict management session.
